Venue: Towngas Cooking Centre, Basement, Leighton Centre, 77 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Fee: $200 (Members: $180)

From a traditional Italian menu, after antipasti, we go to “i primi”, for the selection of pasta and risotto.

In collaboration with Towngas Cooking Centre we are pleased to inform you that we have invited Mr Fabrizio Napolitano, the Executive Chef of the Goccia Ristorante e Bar to demonstrate the following three primi dishes.

During the demonstration class, each participant will be given a portion of the freshly cooked food for tasting. Amorosso Fine Wines will pair the dishes with their Italian wines. Wine tasting will follow. Please come to join us!
